Are your cards authentic?

Absolutely! Every single card we sell is 100% genuine. We take authenticity very seriously and would never sell fakes. If you ever have any concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Are you really Scottish?

I am! But unless 'Caledonian' is a dialect of pure hype, my main language is Pokémon. Though I do know my way around some proper good banter or i like to think so anyway..

What products do you sell?

We sell a wide range of Pokémon and trading card products including booster packs, tins, bundles, and our own homemade packs and mini tins — all made with official English cards. We're still growing our range, but we have a great relationship with Pokémon China which means we also stock some exciting products from the Chinese market alongside our English range.

Are your homemade packs just bad hits you couldn't sell?

Absolutely not! They're packed with love and official English cards! It's all about getting you the thrill of the rip without breaking the bank. Every homemade product is also guaranteed to contain at least 1 hit as a minimum — so you know you're always getting something special!

Do you sell Japanese, Korean, or Chinese cards?

We are just getting started but thanks to our great relationship with Pokémon China, we do have access to Chinese market products. Keep an eye on the shop because we are growing day by day little by little 

Do the kids help with the packing?

Only if 'helping' means rearranging the sealed boxes and trying to pull a Charizard themselves! They mostly just provide the background noise for dad when he is trying to work haha 

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. UK orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes Worldwide 

What is your returns policy?

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do everything we can to make it right. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.
