Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order. If the withdrawal period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How to cancel an unfulfilled order

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.
