EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason — including weekends and public holidays.

How to start a return or cancellation

Visit your account at https://account.caledoniancards.co.uk, go to your Orders, select the relevant order, and follow the steps to submit your request. You'll receive email confirmation automatically.

Refund of outbound shipping

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the standard outbound shipping cost along with the product price.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Exemptions

Certain items may not be eligible for return — for example, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
